I made an online purchase, but it got held up when the seller raised questions about the order's legitimacy. They left a voicemail, but it was during the weekend, so I couldn't get back to them until the start of the week, which set things back by 3 days. When the discproducer pp-100ap finally arrived, it was supposed to come with 5 blank discs, but guess what? There were NONE—just an empty spot in the box where they should've been. I dropped a voice message a few days back, but no word yet on the missing discs. For a printer that costs over $2300, I figured a few bucks worth of discs would be an easy fix, but here we are.

They got back to me fast regarding a special request: really good service.
